I have come a long way on my healing journey. I had a lot of inner work to do. To stare down shadow and karmic imprints due to be healed and released in this lifetime. That journey started in my twenties and continues. I am invested in being the best version of myself, to living my best life and showing up as I was born to be. That’s not easy, it takes commitment, work, courage, discipline, honesty and more. Transformation, growth, up-levelling, ascension, expansion, changing our minds: all these wonderful words, concepts and aspirations cost me my old life. It is only as I did the inner work, faced my fears, loved myself enough, rewired my nervous system, recovered from Complex PTSD, abandonment trauma, and gave up the idea of who my ego thought I was and would become that I could change, transform and start to live the life that was meant for me. Only then could the new life enter.

I have met many so called gurus, lightworkers, coaches, Shamans, therapists, professionals from medical backgrounds, New Age and Spiritual people on the way. Some have helped, some did not, some did harm. Those that did harm were the ones that did not know or understand trauma, Complex PTSD, and how it completely rewires the brain and nervous system for survival. Their way of working with people and healing left me feeling more hopeless or Spiritually by-passing, dissociated, cut off which is very often mistaken for healing or resolution of pathology within these communities. From all of these experiences I learned and took something away that that has enhanced my practice.

I am in the right place now and more in alignment with who I am than ever before. Consciousness and a deep Spirituality, connection to nature and other people keep me resourced profoundly. My values are in line with how I choose to live and the choices and actions I take. I am practiced in seeing and tweaking my belief systems and my worldview is less rigid. I am better at letting go, letting God. I am ready to rework my life’s work and bring it to people interested in and needing to heal, change and transform. Earth needs it. We are part of something much bigger than ourselves and through individual healing and transformation we heal and transform the collective and Earth. This is a core philosophy of mine.

I am committed to and invested in working with like minded Souls. I sometimes do not recognise the life that I have created externally nor the inner transformation that has occurred. Dreams have literally come true.  I have never been better positioned or felt so passionate about my work as a Transformational & Psychotherapeutic Coach. As the saying goes “we are useless to anyone when we are running on empty”. Make sure the person you are working with is full to the brim and overflowing that they may “pass it on”.

I was born to be of service to myself and others. Quite the unpleasant experience as a younger man. Now it is time to pass it on. Everything is energy; a cornerstone for our work.

I have created my website and written the copy for it in a way that demonstrates how I work, it shows the depth and other elements within and necessary for Transformational & Psychotherapeutic Coaching. It is an attempt to share with you the person I am. That is the person you meet and I believe it is in that meeting and Presence lies the possibility and strong probability for healing and transformation. Thank you for reading.
